TARGET

This facility located in Green, Ohio is one of many new ground up construction projects for Target. This project features a general merchandise retail store with grocery, pharmacy, food court and large warehousing area. Soil conditions necessitated having the steel structure bearing on caissons poured to roughly 30’ in depth. Despite initial schedule delays, this facility and all Target projects were completed on time and met the grand opening dates.
